AWFUL experience, AVOID! Took my nieces to get their nails done for the holidays and the results is absolutely shocking.

One of them came out bleeding as they hurt her. The gel is all uneven and bumpy. One of them even came off the next day. The tips were uneven and also lifting.

We paid £50 and the service was absolutely SHOCKING!

What was meant to be a fun experience and family moment was traumatic, a waste of money and very painful!

Staff were very unpleasant and rude.

One of my nieces is only 10 years old and left there feeling so upset and crying because of how bad it all look.

We literally had to then pay to go somewhere else have whatever rubbish hey put on them taken off and have their nails redone.

It’s worrying that places like this are so rude, unhygienic and unprofessional!

If you are planning on going there my advice is DON’T do it. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!

Having previously had a wonderful pedicure, gel & tip treatment here; unfortunately I was very disappointed at my last visit. I was left with my feet in water for at least half an hour! The pedicure itself was basic and rushed. There were far too many people ‘waiting’ even when it was near to closing so it felt very rushed. The owner didn’t know when to say no to the people popping in last minute!! Previously one of the younger lads had done my pedicure which was really good but this was done by the owner who did not do a good job. My gel nails were not smooth as he had not taken off old polish properly. White tips were uneven and he didn’t even file my nails beforehand which is very noticeable. Disappointed as I’d treated myself before I attend a wedding and at £43 expected better. 😔

This is an amazing nail salon and I’ve been having my builder gel nails and pedicures done here for years! I will not go anywhere else. Lots of colours to choose from and all the staff are perfectionists. I love how you can make an appointment or just call in at any time (if not super busy that is) Don't hesitate to book 😊

Asked for builder gel extensions got just gel nail varnish and charged me £37 try to charge £25 to just paint my girls nails then went down to £15, mother in law had acrylics charged £37 acrylic was see threw, when we challenged the workers about this they were very rude and said it was the colour and they want £10 extra to change the colour! Would absolutely avoid at all costs so rude and make the prices up as they go along

I had such a lovely experience at this nail shop when I went in for a pedicure. The service was amazing from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience really relaxing and enjoyable.
The massage chairs were an added bonus and made the pedicure feel like a real treat! Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and I left feeling completely pampered.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pedicure and a relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅✨
