Thank you very much for leaving us a review. As discussed prior to your appointment that day you had only booked a lip & chin wax. Not facial waxing. You requested more waxing at reception however as explained by myself we were unable to wax anything else other than your lip & chin due to being fully booked. We welcome you back for more facial waxing in the future.
