Although Hannah is obviously very talented, my experience with her has been pretty awful! I have arthritis in both hands and have had bones removed which means i can’t relax my hands or place them in a specific way. Although i tried to explain this, she actually got quite cross and made fun of the way I was holding my hands which was just awful. Aswell as constantly having to deal with her on the phone to her husband, which is very unprofessional and rude i absolutely would not recommend

Me and my girlfriend booked two separate appointments so we could get matching nails. Because we thought it would be cute and fun. It took until we showed up in person for us to be told that they "The salon only does ladies, not men."
Very inconsiderate of them not to tell us this before we arrived, but I know why this isn't on their website with the rest of their policies. Because it's illegal. Comes under the Equality Act 2010.
My girlfriend will be cancelling her acrylics appointment and Hanna will be hearing from my lawyer.

I’ve been going to Hanna regularly for almost two years now and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. As someone who doesn’t love sitting still for long, I really appreciate how efficient she is — my nails are always done quickly without ever compromising on quality. They are consistently beautiful, and I’ve never met anyone as creative and talented when it comes to nail art. On top of that, Hanna is a genuinely wonderful person who always goes above and beyond, even stretching her schedule during incredibly busy periods where she’s working 12-hour days just to fit people in. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

July 2025 - had another appointment with Hanna whilst in Aberystwyth. Fantastic job done again and I have to say if they last as long as last time I will be very happy. Thank you again 😀

I have had my nails done twice now by Hanna and both times I have been so amazed by them - she is so skilled! They also last so long in comparison to other nail salons I’ve been to. And on top of all this, Hanna herself is such a lovely person!

I get my nails gel polish by Hanna and they are amazing. Her gel polish last longer than anyone I've had them done with before; they never peel from the end. Hanna is very talented and creative and she can do a variety of nail art. She also has every colour of polish! She's a hard worker and friendly and I really enjoy my appointments with her. Although I don't have acrylics done, my daughter does with Hanna and these are also amazing everytime.
