I visit this place regularly and generally have a good experience. The nail quality and designs are beautiful, and the salon is clean. however, sometimes the staff seems busy or inattentive, which can cause delays in service. Overall, it’s a good place, but the staff could use a bit more attention

The first time I went there with new owners back in May , my experience was not great. However I thought I would give them the benefit to see if it was just an off day.
They didn’t spray any of the tools that normally would be. They have cut 3 of my fingers that are still sore and bleeding. I told the guy when he done it but he continued and then done the same again. They pulled my fingers all over the place.
Certainly not a relaxing experience and I would not recommend.
When they asked if everything was ok when I went to pay I did tell them, they didn’t seem too bothered.
I’m certainly disappointed as had been going there for years with the old owners.

Hence my review as I’d given them a second chance!!

They are quick and they take walkins. My nails have lasted for 4 weeks with out breaks which is massive win for me

Changed owners and new ones are not as good,
Kept me waiting for ages then kept swapping to someone else to do a simple infill of biab gel, not as good as it was

Super friendly service and very thorough. It was my boyfriend’s first ever pedicure and both of our first times at Nail Bar Shefford and we’ll definitely be back. I love my French tip pedicure (asked for only one layer of pink and they were happy to oblige) and my very challenging wild flower nails - not an easy design and the man who did them was brilliant! Thanks so much, guys! Looking forward to our next visit!
