For the past 5 years, I've been a loyal customer of Touch of Beauty and have consistently praised their services. However, today I experienced a significant drop in their usual standard, which has left me hesitant to return in the future.

I made a last-minute appointment through their Fresha booking site for a 10:30 slot, booking it at 9:50. Unfortunately, my car wouldn't start when I tried to leave, prompting me to call and request a change to my appointment. Despite the short notice, they informed me that they were fully booked and unable to accommodate any changes, insisting on a 24-hour notice policy. This response felt both inflexible and possibly dishonest. I’m not sure how I could possibly have given them notice any sooner for a genuine problem with my vehicle. They could easily have rebooked it, but chose not to. Deposit lost.

My disappointment is compounded by the fact that their website showed plenty of available slots for the remainder of the day. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of their policies and service.
