Highly disappointed, I have awful banding in my hair. I went in to go a few shades lighter. Jay went in with his own concoction and just lightened my roots and left the rest of my hair untouched! And then once I complained and came in again, he messily put on on bleach. But now I have awful banding because he didn’t bother going up near the roots and missed a massive chunk of my hair! I urge people not to go. It’s the fact I I went for a second time for him to fix the mistake and he ruined my hair

Lovely salon! Maddy was excellent! He was incredibly nice, patient, and reassuring as it was my first salon experience. He took the time to advise me on the best length and style for me, and answered my questions on my hair's health. As for the haircut itself, I love it! I couldn’t be happier. would 10000% recommend :)

This place is absolutely amazing! James is the best stylist I’ve ever come across. He is so skilled and talented at what he does! James listened to exactly what I wanted and I love my new hair so so much. All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming and made me feel so at ease as this was my first time here. Andrea helped me to return my hair from "atomic blonde" to natural brown in one session. She is extremely knowledge, always up for an advice and a chat, and the communication is great thus the result always matches the expectations . And she gives a lot of tips on how to care for the hair at home!

The entire team made me feel welcome the minute I entered the salon, and I am sure each one of them is a true professional that I can entrust my hair safely too.
