Thank you for your review.

On the day of your appointment, we experienced an unexpected medical emergency that required a member of our team to attend hospital immediately.

As soon as this occurred, you were informed and offered the closest available alternative or the option to reschedule. Unfortunately, it was not possible to maintain the original appointment time due to circumstances entirely beyond our control.

We do not take cancellations lightly; however, the health and safety of our team and clients always comes first.

While we understand that this situation may have been frustrating, we expect all communication to remain respectful. We remain committed to running our business with professionalism, integrity, and care.
