I thought that we were 'just looking' when I took my daughter for a prom dress appointment, but there are so many beautiful styles and colours it was impossible not to give in to her happy little face. Life's too short not to buy the dress that makes her feel like that. The staff were so incredibly patient and flexible with us and we are so grateful.

I visited the shop twice this week with my daughter and my granddaughter . The first time she found it a bit overwhelming and we walked away empty handed, but later that evening she wanted to go back !!! So my daughter messaged shop and they were more than happy for us to go back the following day. Where finally her face lit up as she'd found THE ONE !!! We can't thank the staff enough for their help and patience !! They couldn't do enough for you bringing different styles and colours etc. It's not the biggest of shops but has a big choice of styles and prices.Will definitely recommend to others.All I can say is thank you for making our little girl feel like a princess , can't wait for the prom in Junexx

I took my very fussy daughter to buy her prom dress which was a first time experience for both of us and Fiona was so helpful. After trying on multiple dresses she wanted one that combined a few details from each and Fiona bought back 2 dresses which fitted the brief and we ended up purchasing one of them. Really happy and would definitely visit again. Thank you x

Went to Cinderella's to get a ball gown for my girlfriend for a black tie event, they had an amazing selection and she was so happy with her dress ! Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful service! I needed a very last minute dress for a friend's 60th and great to see that they had such a large range of fashions and styles appropriate for the occasion. Caroline was fantastic and very patient as I was quite undecided but we got The Dress in the end!

We paid for a slot to try on prom dresses.
We arrived and the shop was packed. No room to move.
No welcome.
The dreessing rooms were tiny.
There was an incredible variety, thus the 2nd star, but I/we were completely shocked at the lack of customer care.
Every other dress shop has been welcoming, helpful and made it an enjoyable experience for the girls.
The ladies in this shop just seem uninterested in finding out what kind of thing you are looking for, or even giving us some guidance of what to look for etc, and just shoved us into the worlds smallest fitting room! Then left to it.
When we finally found a dress we liked, they again didnt seem very interested.
I asked them if they did the next size up, as the back fastening was 'snug', to which they advised it wouldnt be needed, besides there is no stock of the next size up, and reassured us we would be fine.
We got the dress a good few months later, came to the shop, again left to try it on alone, and couldnt fasten it.
One of the ladies came to have a go, and almost brought my daughter to tears with the pulling and squeezing, saying 'oh its fine'. But it wasnt.
We were not given any other options, so we did the asking,
can we try on others?, which we did again with zero help advice or guidance.
Found one in the end, one that they couldnt order in but we could have the shop display.
They didnt offer to discount it in any way, or look over it properly to check all is okay and then steam it like they are meant too, they just bagged it up and charged us full price!
When we asked for any form of discount for it being used, they tried to say they had, but then when qurestioned knocked of £25!!
Just really unimpressed. Was not a fun or nice experience for my daughter.
