Myself and my Mum went today to get our nails done for a family wedding and we couldn’t be happier! The atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming, we left feeling super pampered. Thank you so much, we will definitely be booking in again for our next special occasion.

Lindsey is always friendly, welcoming and professional when undertaking every treatment. Her pedicure is the best I’ve ever had.

I thought it was about time for me to leave a review, considering I've been coming here for the past 2 years :) I so look forward to each visit because Lindsey is awesome. I normally choose a nail inspo photo online, show it to her, and she does a brilliant job every single time, so I always leave with the cutest nails possible.
She's lovely to talk to and is definitely the best nail technician I've gone to. She does brows and lashes too and it's always a great experience.
I'm really glad I've got a cute little place like this here in Ely and don't need to travel to Cambridge or anywhere else.

Lindsey is one of the quickest, loveliest & skilled at her craft! I’ve been getting a Hollywood for several months & have had amazing results! So grateful she is based in Ely! There’s always a positive vibe whenever I come into the secret beauty lab, & everyone is very helpful.

Absolutely the best salon in town. Lindsey is an absolute queen and always puts you at your ease. All the team working there are so lovely and great at what they do. From waxing to mani/ pedis - we've always been delighted with the service offered and the finish. Highly recommend. We always go back for regular appointments

I have been using The Secret Beauty Lab as my go to for manicures and pedicures for at least 15 years. I always receive an excellent service. What really makes me return is the personal service I receive from Lindsay. She is professional and competent. Most importantly, Lindsay is one of the nicest and most generous people I know. She is a friend and confidante. Book an appointment! You won’t be disappointed!

Had such a wonderful experience at this salon! I was let down by another Ely salon an hour before my appointment, the day before flying to my best friends’ wedding. Safe to say I was stressed! Called up Secret Beauty Lab and they kindly fit me in that afternoon with no trouble at all. The lady who did my mani-pedi did such a wonderful job, even staying later than closing to make sure it was perfect. I haven’t had my nails done or had a beauty treatment in years so I was really looking forward to it and the lovely team turned a bad day around. Thank you so much again, can’t recommend this salon enough and I’ll definitely be returning! :-)

I have only been visiting here for a year or so, but the experience every time is way more than just having your nails done. You can walk in during the middle of a tough working day and walk out feeling as though you’ve stepped through a dream capsule - insanely relaxed, rejuvenated and happy having been surrounded by love, care, great chat and wonderful music. Lindsey is just an absolute gem of a human. My nails (and me) are super grateful. Everyone needs a bit of Lindsey in their life 💛🙏
