2024: Had a fabulous experience at Sunny Nails, the best nail salon I have been to in ever! She was so kind as was her lovely family. My nails look amazing, she made sure it was perfect. Took the care that no one else has done. I can’t wait to go back.

2025: edited review - 1 year later and I still love coming to this Salon. I always leave with gorgeous nails and the biggest smile on my face. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone! The owner is so kind and polite, always remembers things we talked about last time, customer service is on point!

I went into Sunny Nails and politely asked the lady if she could do my nails. She was very rude and abruptly said, “I’m busy.” I then asked if it was by appointment only, and she repeated, “I’m busy,” in the same abrupt manner. As a local resident of the village, I expected better customer service and friendliness. There’s really no reason to return after being treated that way — I’ll be going to Top Nails from now on, where they’ve always been polite and welcoming.

As a regular customer at Sunny Nails for over 18 months, I think it is about time I leave a review.
I have my nails done every couple of weeks, always booked in advance to be sure to get the time that suits. The welcome is always fabulous and even more so when in the school holidays 😀.
It always amazes me when they remember which colour I have had and for what reason, despite her being busy most days, the little details make all the difference. She always runs to time, all her other customers are lovely, so she must be doing something right, right?

Messages replied to are always in a timely manner and professional.

I moved to Winslow just as the salon opened, perfect timing, and it has been wonderful to watch her business grow!

Just came to your salon and the level of disrespect i witnessed from your customer service levels was appalling, and you made me feel so uncomfortable and your attitude is awful, as for your standards I wouldn’t bring anyone to your salon to witness this behaviour!! You made me feel so uncomfortable and I live In winslow I will not be coming to your salon again I will travel 20 mins just to have the right service!! I think you need to stop being stuck up and enjoy your job a bit more
