First time at this salon today and what a lovely, welcoming, friendly, relaxed salon! The owner is so genuine and also caring about her staff (rare!!) and the beautician that did my pedicure is the most bubbly lady with a huge heart. I only went for a pedicure but was so pleased that I had a BIAB gel manicure with both ladies for the first time - long overdue! Highly recommended. X

Photo taken after two days. Nails chipping. Already. I arrived 10 mins early and had to wait an additional 20 mins. Booked for SNS French tips. First of all, started 20 mins late. No use of electric nail file. Shape of nails appalling. Cut too short. 2 days in and already chipped. How can you advertise it’s SNS when it’s a different cheap brand? Told me half way through white tips would be an extra £5. (Not stated on booking.) Only option on booking forum is and removal and reapply. They didn’t have white powder so tried to use gel paint but I can’t use uv light on my hands. Eventually used a white nail varnish and the white tip was uneven (looked like a 5yr old had done it.) Chipped already. Left me under dryer while she threaded someone else’s eyebrows. In the end I had to ask if nails were dry because she’d forgotten about me. Was charged £48 plus £5 for white tips. worst nails I’ve ever had. Avoid at all cost.

Your appointment was booked for 11:00am, and you arrived at 10:40am. We do not guarantee early appointments, as our schedule is planned carefully to ensure fairness to all clients.

At our salon, we do not use nail drills as we strongly believe they can damage the natural nail and cause thinning over time. We prioritise long-term nail health, which is something we openly promote and is clearly stated on our website. This approach has also been recognised publicly, including a feature in the Bucks Free Press, where our salon was highlighted as one of the best for promoting healthy nail care.

We use Gelish products, which are professional, high-quality products and not cheap alternatives. If this is not something a client prefers, we always encourage doing research beforehand to ensure our values and methods align with expectations as all brands in this salon are high quality and no client has had a problem. Moreover you booked SNS removal and redone, no mention of French tip which made it difficult to accommodate for you last minute. I reassured you multiple times asking if you were happy with your shape and length and you said yes, you had the opportunity to relay your concern to me.

The treatment cost was £48, not £55, as stated on our price list and website. Once your treatment was completed, I moved on to my next client, as I had other appointments to attend to and other clients to care for as you wernt my only client.

If our approach or work does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to seek services elsewhere. We aim to maintain a positive and respectful environment for both clients and staff as these are our morals. I hope this gives you some clarity and understanding on how we work 😊
