Firstly, we’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your nails. This is definitely not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration — especially when you don’t get your nails done often and were looking forward to the experience.

After reviewing the set, we believe the ombré
colour chosen was quite light, which made it difficult to fully cover the white base underneath. However, we still should have ensured you left completely happy with the final result, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We would love the opportunity to make this right for you. Please come back to the salon and we will redo a completely new set for you free of charge. You are also more than welcome to choose any different colour or design you would prefer this time.
