Google Such a beautiful place. Not a regular nail gal but the whole experience was lovely and my nails look “chefs kiss”. I have short nails due to work and they somehow made them look so cute. Everyone was super friendly and kind, even when faced with my manual labour hands! The website is slick and easy to book through. Love love love.. small edit I went to the one in Bedminster.

Google What the hell. Staff cut my nail and then charged me £40 despite advertising as £30 for infills. Then when I questioned they were agressive. My nails are all different shapes and lengths aswell. Comical how bad t this experience was
I’ve got a feeling this is another mistaken identity. We had another similar review recently and I’d love to know where you’ve actually been to have your nails done? as I don’t think it sounds like it is, The Gossip Nail Bar in Bristol old market?! We’re certainly never aggressive and doesn’t sound like our prices either. Please could you let me know where you actually went and also consider removing your review as this can really affect our overall rating. Thanks in advance
Google Went to get my nails done on monday with my friend. All i can say is the quality of nail is not worth what i paid. I was left with wonky nails some lifting already, the paint job is extremely inconsistent especially along the edges i was left with glue remaining all along my cuticles as well, also had a lot of acrylic left underneath the nail which just looks incredibly tacky. I went back in store and complained about this and i was immediately met with a defensive response saying “that is how we angle our nails so we can’t change that”. I found my nail tech to be quite rude and kept shaking his head at me when i said what i wanted done. Overall for £40 this is not on and the response to my complaints was very demeaning and rude. do not recommend.They did offer to buff the underneath of my nails but due to the energy and hostile response i felt uncomfortable going back.
Hi, I’ve got a feeling you’ve got the wrong place. We don’t have male technicians and we don’t do acrylics either. Please can you remove your comment and this can really affect our review rating. Id also love to know where you did go as this isn’t the first time we’ve been confused with another sub standard salon. We’re in Bristol and the only other gossip nails I can find is in London?

Google I am from USA and have a gig in Bristol. Made a booking on their website but was not informed that they will not work on nails that have products from another salon, period. That should be on their website before allowing potential clients to book.

We are working on making this clearer during the booking process so no one else has to go through the same experience. We would appreciate if you’d consider removing your 1 star review as we feel it’s a tad unfair, and this can really affect someone’s opinion of a small business despite the fact we’ve got clear policies in place and working on making it clearer on the whole

I have my nails done by Grace and I am never disappointed. 10/10 nail art and 10/10 chat.
I always recommend this place when people compliment my nails.
Google Nails lasted fine since my appointment last weeks, no chips yet, however I noticed after my nails grew out they are quite wonky from the filing on the left hand. Kinda overpriced, but then I have gone for quite a simple design. The salon was extremely dirty at the time of my visit, which really surprised me as I was the first appointment of the day!
Google Amazing service, thank you! I’m usually very clumsy and heavy handed so my manicures don’t last very long. I’ve been extremely impressed with getting the gel extensions for the first time and 5 weeks later they are still all in tact! Highly recommend getting their cuticle oil also, this has saved me. Don’t have a fresh pic of nails but this is right now (5 weeks later) needing to get redone but nothing broken or chipped!
