I came in yesterday with my daughter to get infills, and was greeted by a male and female not sure of there names. But im so disapointed they where very rude pulling our hands huffing and puffing giving us strange looks and being really rough with us to the point of cutting our fingers making us bleed when looking at the pricing board it said one thing but when coming to pay they told us another i paid 110 for 2 sets of infills and was told the colour we wanted was a separate price to the infills yet 3 weeks ago we went and got the same thing and was charged a compleatly different amount. Safe to say i wont be going back. So so rude not sure how to upload pictures like im being asked to but that is not right we didnt get them taken off as we had no nails on to start with and we asked for infills my youngest daughter only got hers painted and was charge 20 when last time i was charged 5

i found my nails very wonky and they where pointing up made my finger blead the man was very rough making me feel unsafe very aggressive when filing my nails and pushing the cuticle the man didnt even know how to do a french tip or the flower difficulty with payment when i ask for shorting the man was very rude and put way to much acrylic on my nails and the lady couldnt even do the french tip right right made the payment up completely really disappointed got told by some people that it might be good but it the complete opposite i ask for one flower one each nail and only gave me one on one hand very pointy i ask for a rounded almond shape but instead it looks like ive got cat nails i would recommend to go to superdrug way better service they only focus on you and the dont go from person to person first time going and will be my last never go to this places and this reminds me to check reviews because other people seem to be having the same problem never coming again !!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve seriously had it with this place now. I never leave reviews on Google or anything but seriously, yesterday was my last straw because this nail salons service is appalling. Basically, I came here last year to get some basic French tips done and they did them okay, I did think they were quite rude (especially the man that did them for me), but I put that past them because I was fairly happy with the nails. I then got a pair of plain black acrylics, which I loved, but then unfortunately they quickly broke off and the gel wasn’t set correctly. The man in particular is very rude and aggressive with my nails, showing no care at all. There is also a woman who I don’t know the name of, but I don’t understand her problem whatsoever. I came in to get a pair of sparkly pink and black French tips, I wanted them to be long so I payed an extra £12 to get them slightly longer (£50 in total when normally their gel acrylics are £38)- which I just think is so cheeky. I payed this woman £50, just for her to be so completely passive aggressive and rude to me, I even tried to compliment her technique as I thought she was doing a good job and tried to make a bit of a friendly conversation- but she wasn’t having any of it! She even got quite annoyed at me and started huffing and puffing like a moody child, I thought this was because I moved slightly as she was focusing on doing the French tips. But then I kept COMPLETELY still literally not moving a muscle, and she still obviously had a problem with me!! And was also just as rough with my hands as the man was, making my cuticles bleed and my fingers hurt, BUT then proceeded to just put chemicals like acrylic into the bit that hurt- no apologies whatsoever as well!

But for real, I should definitely not have taken the chance of going back in there yesterday. I showed them the picture of the nails I wanted, which I was aware that they may not have the gels for it, but they were confident that they could do it. The first red flag, again, was that the man was super rough with my nails, until the point where it hurt and was bleeding. But this isn’t what upset me the most about my experiences here, it’s the fact that I payed £48 to get these nails done, which are not even that complicated (even if they were they said they could do them for me) but they didn’t let me pick out the colour. I think her name is Becky, she’s nice (compared to the other people at least) but the nails look absolutely nothing like the pictures I showed her. She picked out all the colours without letting me see them, and basically just went freestyle on my nails.
Its also like they just make up the pricing for the nails, because when I got the black French tips they were £50 and this time when I wanted short Cateye/ metallic shimmery polish, it was £48 even though they weren’t long and it says short acrylics are £38/£45. I’ve payed them plenty of good money to get my nails done and they’ve just completely screwed me over.
I should have said something now looking back, but I knew I wouldn’t get anywhere with these peoples lack of care and attitude.
I will add pictures of what I asked for and what I got, and in the end I actually just filed the polish off and painted them myself and funnily enough I actually did a better job- and I’m not even a nail tech! 😭🤣🤣lol
Anyways, sorry for the very long review, I just think people should be warned about coming here.
If you are coming around Brighton/hove area to get your nails done I highly recommend Anna nail and beauty, much better quality nails and amazing service. All that said, I hope they improve and I will not be returning 😭🤣🤣🤣
