Avoid this nail salon at all costs! My daughter had £70 worth of vouchers to use and they refused to take them despite only being 2 weeks out of date, when I spoke to the owner I explained that my daughter had a premature baby and that's why she was unable to make it before now. The owner showed zero compassion and didn't even offer an alternative for my daughter. I am appalled at the complete LACK of customer service shown from this establishment and will now avoid at all costs. My daughter has now wasted £70, and will no longer be getting nails done here.

I was happy with my christmas nails by the male- when i went back for infills, the lady was rude to other guests - I could not have what I wanted and was too afraid to ask in the end. Came out with not very nice style and was over charged. I asked for a receipt- she took a very long time looking for the paper, I made sure I waited. She did not list or price the treatments fairly or right. I wont be going again. Overcharged and not what I wanted. I dont trust that shop now.

Fab first 'appointment', I say appointment because it was a walk in. I was seated to start within 5 mins. I showed the artist a few ideas and picked my colours, then she got on with it. I was amazed with how good my nails looked. I will definitely be using this salon from now on. Great service, amazing talent, good prices. Cash only. I will remember to withdraw cash before my next nail Day.

Came in 6 days ago to get a set of acrylics, they completed them pretty fast compared to other places I've gone to. This is also the only nail place I've gone to that doesn't do anything to your cuticle, which surprised me. I'm happy with how the set looks but considering the price I paid I'm not satisfied that some of my nails are already lifting after 6 days. Especially considering other places I have gone to last me 5-6 weeks. I don't think this set is going to last me more than 2 weeks with how they are already lifting.

Only had a couler change and was charged £42 pound and they were so ignorant to me never going there again shocking attitude to customers
