Google My partner just walked in and was seated immediately. The people were lovely, checked in constantly. The guy that started the nails, removing shaping etc. Very gentle, kind and super informative about what was actually wanted instead of what was asked for. Made sure 100% with what was wanted. Couldn't ask for a better service and was pleasantly suprised to remove my old acrylics and a new set was £50. Especially as have paid that recently for infills!!
Very happy customer and if she was closer, would be very happy to be a regular customer

But amazing service! Myself and family came in on Tuesday to get our nails done, I came in for a pedicure in the hope they can fix my nails for a wedding coming up as mine were in poor condition due to over filing! What a transformation Thankyou so much Hannah xx

Google I used to be a regular customer here till the staff started to become very hostile infront of other customers. They mislead you regarding charges and do not respect that you may have pre booked an appointment having you wait for hours at end

We’re sorry to read your review, especially as you’ve been a valued regular client who has often told us we’re “the best nails in Bournemouth” and enjoyed our hospitality.
We always aim to honour bookings, but we must manage appointments fairly. On several occasions, you’ve arrived over 30 minutes late, and we’ve still waited and stayed open late to provide the same first-class service. We’ve never raised this as an issue, as we wanted you to feel welcomed and accommodated.
Our prices are always clear and confirmed before any treatments. We’ve never misled any client about costs. You’ve often requested discounts for loyalty, but as explained, we can’t offer special pricing to one client, as it wouldn’t be fair to our many loyal clients.
We’re sorry to hear this feedback despite the efforts we’ve made to accommodate you.
