I have been going to Carla for a couple of years now and she is very professional at what she does and made me feel very at ease. The low score is for lack of response
I had to cancel an appt last week on the day due to an elderly parent having a fall which was very upsetting , I have since texted twice and apologised and asked to re-book . Nothing back at all . Very sad and disappointed ☹️ I realise this is inconvenient but life gets in the way sometimes 🤷🏽‍♀️ it costs nothing to be polite. Just to add I texted on the day and then again after , twice apologising , my message on the day was read , I’m in no way bullying anyone , but I feel if your running a business and a client apologises twice it takes seconds to respond !

But shame on you for thinking to bully me by giving me a 1* review for not replying, you messaged on Friday and gave this review on Sunday. I’ve been away with my daughter for her first big golf competitions of the year.

Carla is an absolutely delightful lady. Being a lady of a certain age myself, it was my first time having a spray tan & she made me feel so comfortable & welcome. The tan is so natural looking & I’m thrilled with the results. I cannot recommend Carla highly enough!!!!
