Google Always file my skin instead of my nail hurts so bad when i get home, in my opinion the salon is unclean. When i had Anna she was on her phone texting whilst doing nails which is unprofessional. My nails come out nicely but i have had a few times where my nails have bled during the nail prep, and as said before my nails are very sore when i come home due to filing my skin instead of my nails. Also when its my turn to have my nails done after the previous client i notice that the tables and nail tools aren’t sanitised which is not only extremely unhygienic but will increase the risk of infection and in a previous review u said u throw away tools after one use but that is a lie im sorry ive seen it with my own eyes - im really not trying to come across as rude but these things can lead to serious infections
As for you reply, the tables aren’t because never once have i seen them be wiped down between each client 😂

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, as client comfort, hygiene, and professionalism are extremely important to us.
We would like to clarify a few points. All of our PEDICURES KITS are fully disposable and used once per client only. For PREPARATION , drill bits are separated after use and disinfected after according to salon hygiene standards. Disinfectant jars is always available at each station and trolley, and tables are wiped down between clients. While our table toppers may show signs of wear from regular use, Sorry if this not meet ur expectations.
Anna is a well-trained and experienced nail technician, particularly in nail preparation. During the appointment, no discomfort was raised or reported recently. Usually clients are always encouraged to let us know immediately if they feel any sensitivity so adjustments can be made straight away.
Regarding professionalism, Anna — like all of our team — may occasionally need to briefly answer or reply to client calls or messages related to bookings. This is part of ensuring smooth service for all clients and is done as discreetly as possible.
The takeaway cups mostly left around maybe it’s from our staffs haven’t been finished. We only try to hydrate as much as could. Sorry if it’s make u concerns.

Google Absolutely incredible salon! Got biab done on the 30th of October, it is now the 9th of December and they’re still very much in tact! The retention is absolutely insane, i never thought nails could last this long before coming to this salon, especially as mine are usually damaged after 2 weeks. Stunning salon too everything’s been decorated gorgeously. Friendly and calming environment and decent pricing. I will definitely be getting my nails done here from now on. I highly recommend!

Google Absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was incredibly cosy, the Christmas decorations were great. So pleased with my nails, I wanted dark red glitter and that’s exactly what I got. Can’t stop looking at them, they’re so good! Also got a very thoughtful Christmas present just before I left. Thank you again, I will definitely be returning in the new year

At The Nail Lab,we take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously. We only use disposable pedicure kit which we through away every each client. All of our tools are thoroughly sterilized and our pedicure stations are cleaned and sterilised between each client in accordance with health and safety
guidelines.

Google Started having my nails done in Nail Lab 6 months ago and absolutely love going there .Steven and Anna are so friendly and excellent at their job. I have never had a problem with any of my nails chipping, and everyone always comments how good my nails look. I would recommend them to everyone, best nail salon I’ve been to.
