£40 for not coloured and loss of lashes on one eye
They looked 100% better before this treatment

Did call with concern but only offered a retint on glossed lashes and honestly I don't have the time before my holiday.....
I see ur reply but as I said on the phone and in my review I'm going away and have no days of before I fly so I can't take u up on the offer of redoing the tint as well I don't really want to have theses "retinted" as the loss of more would totally upset me.

Sorry to see this review, especially after our discussion on the phone earlier.
It’s very upsetting to hear and we take it seriously.
The procedure was carried out in accord with manufacturer instructions and all the correct timings were followed. We do lots of lash lifts in the salon and get great results and feedback.
We did invite you back to have them re-tinted and for us to have a look at your lashes, but you declined it.

Google Had a lovely massage from Tammy, a friend bought me a voucher and so glad she did, I feel fabulous now, back was soo tight and shoulders aching, after my massage I felt rejuvenated, aches and pains all gone.

Google Very poor customer service , staff walked away as I was talking , without letting me finish the conversation . I was a client for over 15 years and I had recommended this beauty Salon to friends and family over the years which now I do regret , because of the the mishandling of a sensitive situation . I will certainly not going back to this place as it was very upsetting and their attitude and behaviour was not respectful at all towards me .
