Amazing service, quick and friendly. Ilham has knowledge of her products as well as how different factors can affect the hair growth etc. After trying waxing and threading, this laser treatment provided has shown a huge difference to my facial hair growth- from hair growing back every 3 days with other treatments, the laser treatment has caused my hair to start growing back after 2 months, slowing down after every appointment. definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick, affordable and efficient laser removal treatment xx

Absolutely exceptional service, not enough stars on here to rate Ilham you’re off the charts! Ilham’s professional expertise is second to none as is her duty of care to her clients. My laser journey commenced with Ilham over a year ago and the results were phenomenal, so much so that I continue to utilise the range of optimum treatments she provides to an extremely high standard. These range from her effective massages and super cleansing hydra facials that left me glowing for days and attracting so many positive comments from others on my skin. In terms of her laser treatment I literally have no words. No pain, hair free and simply the best. Ilham’s extensive knowledge rolls off her tongue and she really is an expert in her profession whom I would highly recommend to all! You don’t know what you’re missing! Ilham get me booked in for those B12 infusions and hamam… can’t wait!

I have had my second session of laser on my face and neck. The results were noticeable after the first session as my thick hairs on my chin already started falling out. Ilham also makes sure you’re comfortable through the process, she went through how the machine works at my initial consultation and advised me what to expect. I would recommend visiting Ilham for laser hair removal and the other services she offers

I've only been twice to Viva Hammam but I'm definitely going back. The service is outstanding and Ilham is a knowledgeable practitioner who takes her time to go through everything in detail. I love the friendly service and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the treatment. I highly recommend Viva Hammam and looking forward to going back regularly for more treatments.
