I received a failed treatment at Dudes and Dolls. 2 toe nails to be rebuilt, costing £120 just for 2 nails. They both broke down within days. They didnt even last for the special occasion. I Had to wear closed shoes instead. D&D refused to give me a refund. I didnt need them rebuilt, they offered but the even had passed. They did offer a massage instead, i dont have massages. They offered credit which I eventually accepted. I did consider a re charge from credit card company but as I was starting cancer treatment I couldn't face the hassle.
I contacted D&D today who have now refused me the credit also. Basically they have taken £120 from me and ditched me. Absolutely appaled, no compassion or consideration for an individual clients needs. So don't bother if you have any special requirements. They may be smiley on the surface but don't let that fool you.

In response to Dudes and Dolls, a rebuild was booked in when I returned to the UK but they themselves cancelled it with less than 24 hours notice. They offered me an alternative appointment but during my working hours, which they knew I could not attend. They cleary did not intend to put this matter right for me.
And the chargeback was cancelled as I said. As I believed they would honour the credit with all their lovely messages and with everything I was and still am dealing with it was the least of my concerns at the time.

I am more than happy to post the transcript of messages here D&D if you would like the true clarification of broken promises made public. Here is a photo too of the broken nails. I tried to make them look better with polish but that didn't work and had to wear closed toe shoes in a hot country for a special occasion. Really not a service worth £120, is it. Didn't even last a week.
So my one star still stands. If I could give you less I would.

I have a manky big toe so I booked the reconstruction nail treatment. Amazing! Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you my big toe is pretty again as are all my other toes. Sam was gorgeous and warm and welcoming.

Em is always so lovely! I'm quite an anxious person and she always puts me at ease. She does an amazing job on my eyebrows and is just an all round nice person, nothing is too much for her. I won't go anywhere else!
