I went to Bien’s for the first time a few months ago to get a full set. The ladies there were so lovely and my nails lasted for months. As a fourteen year old who got there nails done for the first time, Bien’s was definitely the perfect choice and i will be going back. Got so many compliments as well.

Unfortunately, despite being a regular customer, I won’t be returning. I recently had a pedicure before going on holiday, and the experience was very upsetting. While removing hard skin from my heels, the technician caused significant pain. I repeatedly said it was sore, but she continued.
She removed far too much skin, leaving deep holes in both heels — a small one on my right heel and a much larger, painful wound on my left. I was barely able to stand afterward and left the salon hobbling.
There was very little apology, and although a plaster was offered, I was still charged the full price. This was extremely disappointing, especially as I was travelling to Disney that same week and struggled to walk throughout the trip. I also had to spend extra money on antiseptic products and dressings to prevent infection.
Nearly three weeks later, my heel is still not fully healed and requires daily cleaning and care. I’m very upset by both the injury itself and the lack of care and accountability shown. For these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend returning

I’m quite disappointed in what I experienced today with the new nail techs in biens, I’ve been coming here regularly with my mother and never had an issue with my nails or the customer service until today where my mother got disrespected for not being able to understand her nail tech. The language barrier was atrocious and that’s where a staff member came in and started being disrespectful towards my mother.

Because of this, biens have now lost 2 customers which is unfortunate, as they used to be fantastic

Such a shame because the older staff that used to be here were so much nicer than the current staff

Been coming here for 4years, came in for my nails done today and I had the worst experience with the new nail techs, specifically the one with grey hair being disrespectful towards me. As a regular elderly, I’m shocked with the service now. Do not recommend

Quick and reasonably priced, only the nail technicians should learn/speak English much better as communication was lacking ⭐

Edit* after two weeks went to get the gel off my nails, two nails broke a week before removing, needed to cut them short myself 😕 when the gel was removed, my nails were very damaged, minding it was the first time I ever used gel and service (always kept my naturals) I guess the lady filled them too much and removing also required filling so my nails are bendy and sore now until grown back 😭 I'm not coming back. Complete destruction of the nail surface from the first time 😔

Booked for pedicure and foot spa, also nails manicure and BIAB, got nails done, no manicure, no cuticle push back, no snipping or cleaning of the sides. Got toe nails painted……… then foot spa ????? Never in my life has this happened, so didn’t get the pedicure either, no cuticle oils , it is a cattle market, a convier belt, no customer service, no relaxation, dirty, unclean, even the foot spa had debrie in it, the uv nail lights were minging, could feel the dirt on my fingers, I have been before, and it was the best pedicure/foot spa ever, but now ?????wont be back, sorry as it was so good before
