I've been going to millionhairs for a long time now and Jacqui has always been amazing as are the rest of her team. I never know what I want, just some vague idea and Jacqui always manages to understand exactly what it is and bring it it to life.

Jacqui also use to do my mums hair, and when she was diagnosed with cancer and her hair started thinning, she took great care of her and made her feel amazing at a time when she really needed the boost.

Cannot recommend this salon enough, they take care of their clients, get to know them, and listen to what it is they need

TLDR; get a smoothing treatment from Jacqui and Lyndsay at Millionhairs

Millionhairs shared before and after pics of my hair with a smoothing on Thursday 13 Nov 2025. I've waited a week to write a review to see how it really held up, and I'm absolutely over the moon with it. 2C/3B curly hair, chlorine damaged, postpartum hair loss and super frizzy. I'd given up doing anything with it. I went to Jacqui for a cut and she suggested the treatment which she and Lyndsay did together. It did take a fair amount of time, but it's been incredible this week. It stayed totally straight for a week before I washed it, even in the rain and on humid poolsides. Since it's been washed it's made lovely soft waves that have been frizz free even in the snow. Definitely converted and I'll get it again.

I was married at Mar Lodge yesterday and Jacqui came out to do my hair. She was absolutely lovely. She was punctual and friendly and so warm. She checked in with me throughout the whole process to make sure I was liking how the style was going and made me feel so comfortable. She shared styling tips for every day and was honestly just such a beautiful person. She even had shears with her to trim up my face framing pieces. I couldn't believe how thoughtful and kind she was. I've never felt more beautiful. I could not recommend Jaqui enough. Thank you so much, Jacqui!

Heroine. Jacqui saved me on my wedding day when the lady I had booked for a blow dry pulled out on the morning of. She moved appointments to accommodate at the last minute and I couldn't be more grateful. Not only that, but she also gave me a great blow dry and is a lovely person too. Thank you Jacqui!!
