If I could give Dream Beauty Studio less than one star, I absolutely would. I feel seriously let down and can’t trust their services at all. I found the number they advertised on their poster and carefully copied it to book an appointment a whole week in advance for eyelash extensions before my holiday. The woman I spoke to said she was out at the time and promised to call me back the next day to confirm the booking—she never did. I had to text and call again with no reply, and only when I chased them did I get a confirmation. On the day of my appointment, a completely different woman was working, and there were already two customers in the booth, which made me worry because eyelash extensions take 1-2 hours and it seemed impossible for one person to handle all of us properly. The worker tried to say that the phone number I had texted wasn’t even their business, so I had to get her to come outside the booth with me to see THEIR poster to prove it was the same number. She then phoned the number, to who I’m guessing is the manager and spoke in a different language to explain the situation. She then told me that the lady had a tooth out yesterday and isn’t coming in today. This felt even more careless on their side. I expressed my hurt and anger at this point as I didn’t even recieve a text message at the very least to explain she would be absent. The worker then asked when I go away and I told her tomorrow early hours (Tuesday) and then she offered me an appointment on the Wednesday… I then reminded her again that I am away on TUESDAY and had reorganised my entire last few days just to make this time slot. Overall, the whole experience was disorganised, unprofessional and disappointing, and it made me feel unvalued and like my time didn’t matter at all.

I was really looking forward to my holiday with fresh lashes, but instead, I was left stressed and worried about how I would get an appointment after 3pm on a Monday so last minute. I would not recommend Dream Beauty Studio to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service for booking in advance!

First time getting BIAB nails and I’m absolutely in love! There are so many gorgeous colours to choose from, and Dani, my nail tech, is amazing — so lovely, patient, and a total perfectionist. My nails have never looked better. The place is spotless and has such a welcoming vibe. Can’t wait to go back! 💅✨

Booked an appointment here for gel nail polish removal and more on, when I got there I was told I had booked gel polish with no cuticle cut, therefore they wouldn’t be able to do my nails and only had time to take the gel off for me. Just annoyed me so much as made my way there to get my nails done and was turned away, poor customer service and I won’t go back. Felt embarrassed and talked down to. No one was in the shop and now I know why.
